“What’s the difference between a contact and a relationship?”
Contacts are all the people you sync into or add to UpHabit. These can be contacts from your phone book and email address books. You can add as many contacts to UpHabit as you like!
Relationships are people you add reminders for. You can add as many reminders per person as you like. Once you’ve created reminders for 5 people, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans.
“Are UpHabit’s features limited to those I have a relationship reminder with?”
Not at all! All the features including tags, timeline history, social media searches, are available to all your contacts in the Relationships tab.
“What are integrations?”
Integrations are external accounts that you can connect to UpHabit for the purpose of managing your contacts. Examples of this are your phone’s address book, Gmail, or Microsoft accounts.
“Why is contact syncing so important?”
Contact syncing is how often the accounts integrated to UpHabit check for new contact information and updates. Our premium plans look for updates every 20 minutes, while our free plan checks every 24 hours.
